Welcome to use "AI Salt"! Before using "AI Salt", you must carefully read and understand the content of Terms Of Use. Once you choose to accept this agreement or use "AI Salt", it is deemed that you have read and understood the content of the agreement, and agree to enter into a contract with WUXI YINMA TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Inma") for the "AI Salt" services provided by Inma to you.During your use of "AI Salt", you should strictly abide by the corresponding provisions of this agreement.
If you have not read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement, please do not continue to use the services provided by "AI Salt".By using the services provided by "AI Salt," you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.If you are under the age of 18, please read this agreement with your legal guardian。
1、 Conclusion of Agreement
1.1 This agreement refers to all regulatory documents, notices, or other public disclosures listed in the main body of this agreement, privacy policies, and their revised versions. The above content shall become an integral part of this agreement upon its official release. If you do not accept all or part of the terms of this agreement, please contact us via email.
1.2 The titles of each clause in this agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of this agreement.
2、 Effectiveness and Change of Agreement
2.1 "AI Salt" has the right to modify the terms of this agreement as necessary and update and publicize them in a timely manner. The revised agreement will be reviewed in advance in accordance with laws and regulations in "AI Salt" for the latest version of the agreement terms.
2.2 After the terms of this agreement are changed and take effect, if you continue to use the services provided by "AI Salt", it shall be deemed that you have accepted and are willing to comply with the modified agreement.If you do not accept the modified agreement, please contact us via email.
3、 Definition and Interpretation
3.1 AI Sale: "AI Sale" for short, refers to AI Sale mobile client (including but not limited to App, WeChat applet, Alipay applet, WeChat official account, Kuai App, etc.).With the adjustment of AI Salt service projects and scope, AI Salt can declare relevant adjustments to AI Salt in platform rules or announcements.
3.2 Platform Rules: Refers to various normative documents that have been published or may be published in the future on AI Salt, including but not limited to privacy policies, announcements, and other normative documents. All normative documents are an integral part of the agreement and have the same legal effect as the main body of the agreement.
3.3 Platform Services: Refers to the network space, technical support, related software services, system maintenance provided by Inma to users through AI Salt, as well as various ancillary functions and value-added services agreed to be provided to users. The specific service content and functions are subject to the display function of AI Salt.
3.4 User: refers to a natural person, legal entity, or other organization using AI Salt, also referred to as "you" in this agreement.
3.5 Product: refers to AI Salt providing customized products (including services) to users through software or other channels.
3.6 Internet payment service: refers to the payment service provided by a third party payment institution with legal qualification of Internet payment for users to complete transactions and transfer funds. For details, please refer to the relevant rules and instructions published by the third party payment institution through the agreement signed between the user and the third party payment institution to agree the payment service it provides, the company website, e-mail or other forms.
3.7 Account: Refers to a legitimate service account owned by the user that is recognized by Inma and can be used to log in to AI Salt.
3.8 Affiliated Companies: The term "affiliated companies" of a party referred to in this agreement refers to those directly or indirectly controlled by a party; Or directly or indirectly control one party; Or jointly controlling the same company with one party or having significant influence over it; Or a company directly or indirectly controlled by the same enterprise as one party. Including but not limited to one party's parent and subsidiary companies; Subsidiaries controlled by the same parent company as one party; One party's joint venture, joint venture, etc. "Control" refers to the ability to directly or indirectly influence the management of the mentioned company, whether through ownership, voting shares, contracts, or other means recognized by the court.
4、 User information collection, use, and protection
4.1 When using AI Salt to collect and sort out information, users must provide mobile phone numbers, email addresses, etc. that involve users' personal privacy, as well as some necessary information required by third-party payment institutions to enjoy Internet payment services, including but not limited to: real name or name, contact address, email address, contact phone number, etc.In addition, you should ensure that this information is true, accurate, valid, and complete when provided. If you suffer losses while enjoying platform services due to incomplete, untrue or incorrect information disclosure, you shall be solely responsible.
4.2 You agree to authorize AI Salt to collect the aforementioned personal information in accordance with legal procedures and use it legally within the scope specified by law.Of course, protecting your personal information is also a fundamental principle of Inma Limited and its affiliated companies.Inma Limited promises to strictly collect, use, store, manage, and protect your user personal information in accordance with this agreement and the relevant provisions of the Privacy Policy.If you do not agree or cannot accept all or part of the terms of this agreement or Privacy Policy, or have any questions, you can uninstall AI Salt, and of course, you have the right to contact us according to the contact information at the bottom.
4.3 Protecting your user's personal information is a fundamental principle of Inma Limited and its affiliated companies.You agree that Inma Limited and its affiliates will collect, use, store, manage, and protect your user personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and Privacy Policy;If you do not agree or cannot accept all or part of the terms of Privacy Policy or have any questions, you may choose to uninstall or refuse to use it.
4.4 Inma will take appropriate measures to provide sufficient information security protection for your information in accordance with legal requirements.However, you should also properly keep and use user information, including your account and its verification code, images, payment accounts and passwords related to transactions, contact information, address, email, and other information. Any loss caused by the leakage of the above information, including any loss caused by the use of third-party application software on AI Salt, shall be solely borne by you.If you disclose any of the above information, you should also promptly notify AI Salt of the leakage situation in an effective manner, so that AI Salt can take measures within a reasonable time to prevent the loss from continuing to expand. However, AI Salt shall not be responsible for any consequences that have already occurred before taking the measures.
4.5 Inma shall not disclose or provide your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:
l Obtain your permission before disclosing or providing information;
l Publicly disclosed or provided in accordance with laws or policies;
l Only by publicly disclosing or providing your personal information can you provide the services you need;
l Publicly or provided according to the requirements of state power organs;
l Publicly disclosed or provided in accordance with other provisions of this agreement.
5、 User behavior norms
5.1 You agree to use AI Salt in a reasonable and lawful manner in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and to view, share, save, use, and forward information on AI Salt in a rational and cautious manner.
5.2 You are responsible for the legality of using AI Salt to collect and organize information.If prior authorization or approval is required from the information content rights holder or any authorized third party (including but not limited to other network platforms, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Authorizer"), such authorization or approval shall be obtained in advance; Once you publish a certain information content, it will be deemed that you have obtained such authorization or approval in advance (if any).The following information shall not be directly or indirectly released:
l Information that endangers national and social security may manifest as opposition to the basic principles established by the constitution, but not limited to; Harming national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity; Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining ethnic unity; Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability; Promote gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigation of crime; Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, and gatherings to disrupt social order; Contains other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national regulations.
l Unsafe information, which may include but are not limited to content related to phishing website links; Website links and related content containing Trojans or other viruses; Contains potential dangers, theft of user privacy, and other related content; Unauthorized external links, QR codes, and other multimedia content that affect user experience or are reported by a large number of users.
l Obscene and pornographic information, which may include but are not limited to publishing obscene and pornographic content, including but not limited to soliciting prostitution, seeking one night stands, sexual partners, and other content; Publish pornographic content such as erotic text, videos, and drawings; Long term release of content that is closely related to obscene or pornographic content or has sexual implications.
l Infringement information may include, but is not limited to, the production, publication, and storage of content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others such as reputation, portrait, privacy, and intellectual property.
l Unfair competition information, whose manifestations may include but are not limited to publishing content that has been tampered with, added or removed from the rights label; Publish unauthorized content, etc.
l Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, social order and good customs, interferes with the normal operation of AI Salt, and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
5.3 Compliance with laws and regulations, social ethics, and this agreement.All actions of using AI Salt by you shall comply with national laws, regulations, rules, normative documents, and the provisions and requirements of this agreement, and shall not violate social morality, nor harm any legitimate rights and interests of the state or any third party.Otherwise, all legal consequences arising shall be borne independently by you, and AI Salt shall be exempted from any liability.
5.4 Your use of AI Salt shall comply with the principle of good faith and shall not engage in any of the following actions:
l Send phishing links to other users;
l Attacking other users' accounts or machines through sending viruses, Trojans, and other behaviors;
l impersonating AI Salt staff to deceive other users;
l Sending illegal or spam messages or engaging in defamation of AI Salt through messages, evaluations, and other means;
l Seeking or assisting in seeking illegitimate benefits;
l Other behaviors that harm the normal operation of the platform or the rights and interests of Inma.
5.5 Prohibition of publishing illegal information
You are not allowed to publish any product information prohibited by national laws and regulations, this agreement, and its platform rules, nor are you allowed to publish any product information that is suspected of infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as intellectual property rights.
5.6 You shall not harm the normal trading of AI Salt in any way, including not engaging in any of the following behaviors:
l Access or log in to AI Salt products through any non Inma approved means such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, and screen swiping software;
l Causing or potentially causing unreasonable or disproportionate significant loads on AI Salt products in any way;
l . Interference or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of AI Salt products in any way.
5.7 Agree to receive advertising and marketing information.You agree to receive AI Salt to display activity information, product transaction information, product update information, etc. to you through page display, SMS, email, etc.
5.8 Cost bearing clause
You shall bear the relevant expenses arising from the transaction on your own and pay taxes in accordance with the law.You should equip yourself with the necessary internet devices, including personal mobile phones, modems, or other essential internet devices, and bear the telephone and network fees related to this service that you pay for personal internet access.
5.9 You are responsible for backing up the data and information generated during the use of AI Salt on your own.
6、 Intellectual Property
6.1 Unless otherwise specified, the copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the software relied on by AI Salt belong to Inma Limited.
6.2 By using our AI Salt mobile application, you hereby guarantee that: (i) all information contained in any materials you submit belongs to you, or you have been granted the right to disseminate the information described in these terms;(ii) The information contained in any materials you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets. You take full responsibility, bear all risks, and hold you harmless from any direct or indirect losses, injuries, claims, or damages caused by the use of our services, whether or not such use is properly supervised and whether or not you are negligent in such use.
6.3 AI Salt respects and protects your intellectual property rights. If someone modifies your work without your authorization or distorts, vilifies, or tampers with your work, you can seek legal, administrative, and other remedies from the infringer. If you need the assistance of Inma Limited, Inma Limited will do its best to provide assistance.
7、 Limitation of Liability
7.1 You understand and agree that AI Salt will make every effort to provide you with safe and as comprehensive services as possible under existing technological levels and conditions;
7.2 You agree that you shall carefully assess the authenticity and reliability of the network link information appearing on AI Salt. Unless otherwise specified by law, you shall be responsible for any transactions conducted based on such link information.
8、 Service Suspension and Termination
8.1 This agreement shall terminate in the following circumstances:
l If the parties to the agreement sign a new agreement in place of this agreement;
l Termination by Notice: Unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, either party to the contracting agreement shall notify the other party in advance to terminate this agreement.
8.2 Inma has the right to make business changes, adjustments, operational and technological changes, and innovations at its own discretion. Inma shall not be liable for any losses/damages caused by the termination of the services provided due to business adjustments, operational and technological changes.When this product terminates its service, Inma will notify you through push notifications or announcements, and stop collecting your personal information. Within a reasonable period of time, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized.Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, this product has the right to directly refund the corresponding fees for unfulfilled services to you without your application.
8.3 If any of the following situations occur, AI Salt has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the services provided to the user without notice, and shall not assume any responsibility to the user:
l The user fails to provide truthful information in accordance with this agreement;
l The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;
l According to legal provisions or requirements of the competent department;
l Users who infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other third parties;
l For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
9、 Force majeure and other disclaimers
9.1 AI Salt may be affected by the following force majeure or other factors during use, including but not limited to: political reasons, social environment, natural disasters, economic crises, computer viruses or hacker attacks, server or system instability, your special location, any technical capabilities, network quality, communication lines, computer failures (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Disclaimer").
9.2 If any losses are caused to you due to the above exemption reasons, Inma shall be exempted from liability to the extent permitted by law and policy. However, if any such exemption reasons occur, Inma will promptly repair or remedy them within its maximum capacity.
10、 The form of this service software
10.1 AI Salt may develop different software versions for different terminal devices, and you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to your actual needs.
10.2 If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party without legal authorization, AI Salt will not be able to guarantee the normal use of the software and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you as a result.
10.3 In order to enhance user experience and improve service content, AI Salt will provide software update services from time to time (such updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).In order to improve user experience, ensure the security and consistency of services, AI Salt has the right to update the software or change or restrict the effectiveness of some functions of the software.
After the release of a new version of 10.4 software, the old version may not be usable. AI Salt does not guarantee the continued availability of old software and corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
10.5 Unless permitted by law or with written permission from AI Salt, you are not allowed to engage in the following activities:
l Delete information about copyright from the software and its copies;
l Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, or other attempts to discover the source code of the software;
l Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish, and establish mirror sites for the intellectual property owned by Inma Limited or its affiliated companies;
l Copy, modify, add, delete, hook up or create any derivative works of software or data released into any terminal memory during software operation, interaction data between client and server during software operation, and system data necessary for software operation, including but not limited to using plugins, plugins, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access software and related systems;
l Modify or forge instructions and data during software operation, add, delete, or alter the functionality or operational effects of the software, or operate or disseminate software or methods used for the aforementioned purposes to the public, regardless of whether the above actions are for commercial purposes;
l Using AI Salt services through third-party software, plugins, plugins, and systems that are not developed or authorized by Inma, or creating, publishing, and disseminating third-party software, plugins, plugins, and systems that are not developed or authorized by Inma;
l Other behaviors that are not explicitly authorized by AI Salt.
11、 Jurisdiction and Legal Application
11.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
The agreement cannot be reached, and both you and AI Salt agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court where Inma Limited is located.
11.3 The partial invalidity of any provision of this agreement, for any reason, shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and shall be binding on all parties.
