Part 1 Definition
AI Salt: refers to AI Salt mobile client (including but not limited to APP, applet, WeChat official account, etc.).
Personal information: refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either individually or in combination with other information.
Personal sensitive information: refers to personal information such as ID number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, travel trajectory, transaction information, and information of children under 14 years old (including 14 years old) (we will prominently mark specific personal sensitive information in bold, underlined, etc. in this agreement).
Personal information deletion: refers to the act of clearing personal information in the systems involved in implementing product and service functions, in order to maintain a non retrievable and inaccessible state.
Anonymization processing: refers to the process of using technical processing of personal information to make the subject of personal information unrecognizable, and the processed information cannot be restored.
SDK: Refers to software tool development packages.

1、 Explanation of facial data
a.Collect data and processes
Preview the user's facial information on their mobile device, detect facial information in real time, find clear photos of different poses of the user, and encrypt them to our server. Analyze the age, gender, and facial posture of the user's photos on the server to help users create suitable image photos and complete the image photos, Our server returns image photos to the user's mobile phone in encrypted form.
b. Process description:
We will submit the selected original photos to our server in an encrypted manner;
We analyze the facial data in user photos and apply it to the corresponding image template. After 30 days, the original photos will be immediately deleted from the server;
After the production is completed, the server will return the final image effect to the user through the application;
The final effect of the production (i.e. the user's "image photo") will be temporarily encrypted and stored on our server, and will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
c. Storage and sharing of data
The facial data collected from Meiru Salt's image photos does not involve sharing with third parties. The original photos and created image photos are stored on servers within China and will be permanently deleted from the server after 30 days.
2、 The Information We Collect
We will only collect and use your information under legal, legitimate, and necessary conditions. When you use our products and/or services, the scenarios where we need/may need to collect and use your personal information only include: in order to provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information.If you refuse to provide the necessary information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.
a. You fully understand and agree to continue using the services of this software. This software will grant you the following permissions:
(1) Obtain your camera permission, which is used for taking photos and creating portrait photos;
(2) Obtain your facial image information determine if you can convert uploaded or captured portrait images into suitable portrait photos.
(3) Obtain your email information, mainly used to send you a personal sharing list;
(4) Obtain SD card permission to save the completed portrait photo to your phone;
(5) Obtain your rotation vector sensor and acceleration sensor, and recognize the horizontal and vertical screen status of your device for adaptation when taking photos;
(6) Obtain your clipboard permissions, mainly used to read the included links in the shared AI Salt APP or after receiving the shared link, in order to achieve services such as redirection and sharing.
(7) Operation and Safe Operation
To maintain the normal and stable operation of products and services, protect the safety and legitimate interests of you, other users, or the public, we will collect the following necessary information:
l Obtain network information (IP address, Wifi information, base station information, DNS address, DHCP address, SSID, BSSID) and location information (latitude and longitude): used to optimize network connection requests between SDK and our server, ensure service stability and continuity, and achieve regional push function.
l Obtain your clipboard permissions, mainly used to read the included links in the shared AI SaltAPP or after receiving the shared link, in order to achieve services such as redirection and sharing.To identify your device ID and prevent malicious programs and cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect information about your device (including IMEI, MEID, AndroidID, IMSI, Guid, Mac address, OAID), the applications you have installed, or the running processes.
l To determine if your device has the corresponding software to complete the sharing and payment functions, we will read your software application list information.
l To monitor software errors and anomalies, as well as optimize and upgrade the platform, we will collect information on abnormal operation of the application software.
l To achieve operational error reporting and analyze and solve the problems you encounter during use, we will collect your device information (Guid, MAC address), browsing, and operation records.
l In order to prevent fraud and protect your transaction security during use, we will collect information on the location of your device.
b. Use of SDK
In order to ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, so that you can use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed authorized partner SDKs or other similar applications. We will strictly monitor the security of third-party information acquisition SDKs to protect data security. 3、 How do we use cookies

a. Storage of personal information
(1) Storage location
We will store the personal information of users collected within China in accordance with laws and regulations.If your personal information storage location is transferred from within China to overseas, we will strictly follow the legal provisions.

Protecting personal privacy is the responsibility of Inma. When you confirm and agree to use our products or services under this agreement, in order to protect your personal privacy, we will take the following measures to protect and manage your personal information:
l We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, and modification.We will use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information; We will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal information; We will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.
l Establish a professional security team to strengthen the security of your personal information (including information obtained directly and indirectly), including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, and regular cleaning after one month. At the same time, for indirectly obtained personal information, we will confirm the legitimacy of its source.
l We are not allowed to disclose, edit or disclose the content of user personal information to third parties without the user's authorization, except for reasons such as government requirements or legal agreements. You can access and export personal information through "Home- Settings -Privacy Policy- Personal Information List".
b. Correction of personal data
When you find that there is an error in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to make corrections to the incorrect or incomplete information. You can contact us through the online customer service in the app to handle it. We will reply to your request and complete the operation within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.
c. Deleting of personal data
In the following situations, you can request us to delete personal information through the online customer service within the APP. We will reply to your request and complete the operation within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity:
l If we violate laws and regulations or our agreement with you by collecting and using personal information;
l If we violate laws and regulations or our agreement to share or transfer personal information to a third party, you have the right to demand that we immediately stop sharing or transferring such information and notify the third party to delete the corresponding information in a timely manner;
l If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account.
d. Withdrawal of consent
If you decide to cancel the authorization for AI Salt to collect your relevant personal information, you can contact us through the online customer service or telephone customer service within the APP for processing. We will respond to your request and complete the operation within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.
If you decide to revoke your authorization to this Privacy Policy, you can do so online through "Home -Settings -Privacy Policy- Withdrawal of consent ".
e. Delete Account Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your account. You can contact us through the online customer service in the app for online operations.Please understand that after your successful cancellation, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it.
7、 Personal information protection for minors
We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors.Our products and services are mainly aimed at adults.
According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, before using AI Salt services, you should obtain written consent from your parents or legal guardians to use our services or provide us with information.If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 14, before using AI Salt services, you should read, agree to this Privacy Policy for your ward, and provide us with information.
If you are the guardian of a minor, if you have any questions about the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information in Article 6.
8、 Amendments
You can view this Privacy Policy by registering on the login page, or by logging into your account through "Home- Settings- Privacy Policy".
